Julie Calzone

Julie Calzone established Calzone Sporthorse, an equestrian business that specializes in high quality performance horses, over 20 years ago with the acquisition of top Hanoverian studbook mare, America by Woermann. This foundation mare, produced quality mares that realized their potential as top show horses or broodmares.

Her offspring, New Louisiana by Rolls Royce, is producing top Dutch warmblood show horses. All have wonderful temperaments, great confirmation and are easy to train and ride.

Calzone Sporthorse has also successfully imported and sold top quality horses. The focus of the business is produce a select few quality prospects for its riding program and customers.

Our horses are matched with riders of all abilities from professionals to amateurs. We recognize the need and desire for people who want horses that are easy to manage, competitive or just plain fun to have around.
