2003 Dutch Warmblood Gelding

Wunschtraum II's sire is registered as Great Legend, Gentleman x Goudsmid,1993 17.2 h, Approved Dutch (NRPS) Stallion. Legend has stamped his foals with his size, movement, and great temperaments. His foal crops are showing athleticism and an ability to jump, as well as real talent for dressage. Legend is by the international show jumper Gentleman, whose dam Amieka is a full sister to the great Lucky Boy son, Calypso. Legend's damsire, Goudsmid also competed internationally for Holland.

Wunschtraum II's dam is the Dutch Warmblood mare, New Louisiana, whose sire is the Approved Dutch Stallion Rolls Royce. Rolls Royce won his 100-day testing as a Westphalian and was approved soon after by the Dutch. He was ridden as a show jumper by Michael Matz before being exported back to Holland. New Louisiana’s grandsire is the Hanoverian stallion, Woermann: (Wöhler/Mandat(Marabou xx).

Woermann when licensed in 1973 became a new standard for type, frame and movement- his elastic, rhythmic and elevated trot was unseen before.

Woermann passes to his offspring very good conformation and is the grand sire of Weltmeyer.

U.S. America has won 4 out of 5 jumping classes, placed second in the flat and was Champion in his division (Baby Green Hunter) at the RMI A-rated Show in Ocala.
